astrovaaani provides digital consultation services through chat, audio calls, video calls, live sessions, and other astrology-related services.
Due to the nature of digital and consultation-based services, payments made for completed services are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be approved only under specific circumstances described in this policy.
Wallet Recharge Policy
Users may add funds to their astrovaaani wallet using available payment methods.
Once a wallet recharge is successfully completed and the amount has been credited to the user's wallet, the recharge amount is generally non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Users are advised to verify the recharge amount before completing any transaction.
Failed Transactions
If a payment is deducted from the user's bank account, card, UPI, or payment method but the wallet is not credited or the service is not activated, users may contact customer support.
After verification, the amount may be:
- Automatically reversed by the payment provider, or
- Credited to the user's wallet, or
- Refunded through the original payment method where applicable
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking systems.
Duplicate Payments
If a user is charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical issue, duplicate payment(s) may be refunded after successful verification.
astrovaaani reserves the right to request transaction details and supporting evidence before processing any refund.
Chat Consultation Refunds
Refunds for chat consultations may be considered only if:
- The astrologer does not respond within the applicable waiting period
- The consultation cannot be completed due to technical issues attributable to the platform
- The service was not delivered as intended
Refunds will not be provided merely because a user is dissatisfied with the advice, guidance, or predictions received.
Audio and Video Consultation Refunds
Refund requests for audio or video consultations may be reviewed if:
- The consultation could not start due to a verified technical issue
- The astrologer failed to attend the scheduled session
- The service was interrupted due to platform-related technical failures
Refunds will not be granted after a consultation has been substantially completed.
Live Session Refunds
Payments made for live sessions, live events, or premium live content are generally non-refundable once access has been provided. Exceptions may be made in cases of:
- Technical failures preventing access
- Event cancellation by astrovaaani
- Verified platform errors
User Cancellations
If a user voluntarily disconnects, exits, leaves, or cancels a consultation after the session has begun, no refund shall be provided.
Users are responsible for ensuring stable internet connectivity and device compatibility before initiating consultations.
Astrologer Unavailability
Where an astrologer becomes unavailable after a booking or payment:
- The session may be rescheduled, or
- The applicable amount may be refunded or credited to the user's wallet, at astrovaaani's discretion
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Dissatisfaction with astrological predictions
- Personal disagreement with consultation advice
- Incorrect decisions made based on consultations
- User-side internet or device issues
- Voluntary disconnection from sessions
- Services already delivered successfully
- Promotional, bonus, or reward credits
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method or wallet credit, depending on the nature of the transaction.
Processing timelines may vary based on banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions.
Abuse and Fraud Prevention
astrovaaani reserves the right to reject refund requests where:
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
- False claims are made
- Platform policies have been violated
- Excessive or abusive refund requests are detected
